These terms and conditions represent a binding agreement between Al Askar and our valued customers. Once you deal with the company or purchase any of its products (fertilizers – pesticides – seeds), the customer acknowledges his full agreement to be bound by these terms
2. Product quality assurance and responsibility for use
All products offered by the company are original and conform to standard specifications, and the company has the right to modify or update its specifications in line with agricultural development or market requirements. The company does not bear any responsibility for incorrect use that violates the attached instructions
3. Delivery and Receipt Policy
The company delivers orders on the agreed dates as much as possible, but is not responsible for any delays resulting from compelling circumstances. The customer is responsible for inspecting the products immediately upon receipt and ensuring their conformity.
4. Storage and usage instructions
The company assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper storage or misuse of the products. The company is committed to providing technical support and agricultural guidance for optimal use.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt unless there is a proven manufacturing defect approved by the company. The company must be notified within 48 hours of receipt in the event of any problem.
6. Update Terms and Notice Policy
The Company has the right to amend these Terms at any time, and the amendments will become effective immediately upon publication or notification to customers.
